Cool and tranquil weather for today and tomorrow, before another round of rain and wind moves in to end the month.
Rain chances will be on the increase again tomorrow night as a low pressure area moves to our west, bringing another cold front through on Monday afternoon. Monday will be mild, with temperatures into the 70s for most of the state. As for the rain… expect light rain to break out Sunday night into Monday morning, then as the cold front approaches, showers and possibly thunderstorms with strong gusty winds.
As the front passes Monday evening, expect the winds to pick up again, much as they did yesterday.
Temperatures will fall back to near 40 Monday night, before rising back into the 50s for the remainder of the week.
