Highs today will be around 100 and with dew points in the upper 60s the heat index will rise to above 105 this afternoon. The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory for the entire state except Garrett County.
Temperatures will be slightly lower tomorrow but still in the mid 90s most areas. The general pattern will remain in place for the rest of the weekend and most of next week. This unfortunately means no real rain chances for the foreseeable future aside from a slight chance of a pop up thunderstorm on a few days next week while temperatures remain in the low to mid 90s.
