Temperatures will be in the mid 80s today and through next week. A cold front and low pressure system will move towards the area Saturday and Sunday bringing the chance of thunderstorms both days (more likely on Sunday.) This system will be slow moving and any showers and storms that do form could produce flash flooding with locally heavy rain.
The rain threat tapers off Sunday evening and into Sunday night before another stretch of dry, seasonal weather starts for the upcoming work week.
