An absolutely beautiful day is on tap today. Another day of low humidity and highs in the low 80s will make it feel like fall. Tonight, temperatures will fall into the upper 50s to low 60s and may even hit the 40s in the far mountains.
Still keeping an eye on Hurricane Irene, which is still forecast to come up the east coast this week. Current guidance has it as a major hurricane making landfall near Myrtle Beach and continuing to move north, possibly into our area by the end of the weekend.
