A cold front will work it’s way across the area tonight and tomorrow, followed by another, stronger front tomorrow. This will give us one last day in the mid to upper 80s today, scattered showers and storms tomorrow and then finally, cooler and dry conditions into the weekend.
Lows tomorrow night will dip into the upper 40s west of the cities and low 50s along I-95. This last weekend of summer will certainly feel a lot like fall as highs Friday through Sunday will be in the mid 60s to near 70 under mostly sunny skies.
Looking ahead to next week, expect much of the same. Temperatures will moderate some with highs back into the mid 70s, but as of right now no rain chances through the week.
