Very moist air will continue to feed in from the south allowing more showers and storms to develop today and tomorrow. With so much moisture available, the showers and storms could become locally heavy with over 2″ possible by tomorrow night in some areas. The cold front that is triggering this event will stall out along the coast this weekend and with the low pressure remaining to our west, the moisture and rain chances will stick around through the weekend and into next week. We look to dry out again by the middle to end of next week as the low pressure eventually clears out.
High temperatures will remain in the mid 70s with overnight lows only dropping into the mid to upper 60s.
