A cold front crossed the region this morning, bringing in much colder air on gusty NW winds. A Wind Advisory is in effect for areas north and west of I-95 where winds will gust to near 50 mph. Elsewhere, gusts in the 30-40 mph range will be common through this afternoon.
Temperatures have dropped to the mid 30s and will struggle to climb to near 40 this afternoon. Highs this weekend will be in the mid 30s with overnight lows in the mid 20s.
Our next chance of precipitation looks to come on Tuesday and Tuesday night with another cold front. At this time it looks like it will be mostly rain, possibly ending as light snow overnight Tuesday.
