A warm front will push through the state this morning, finally eroding the cold air that has been locked in since Friday. Temperatures are already rising above freezing and will continue to rise into the mid to upper 40s.
The warm front will also bring showers to the area this afternoon and evening. Expect up to a quarter of an inch of rain before the front clears tonight.
Following the front, high pressure takes control with warmer temperatures Tuesday and Wednesday before another area of low pressure approaches from the south on Thursday bringing another round of rain. After that system passes, expect another shot of cold Canadian air as we head into the weekend.
