Today will be much like yesterday, but with a lesser chance of showers. Today’s high temperatures will be held down by the cloud cover, but should reach the upper 50s to low 60s in most spots.
Another cold night on tap tonight, with lows in the upper 30s to near 40.
High pressure briefly moves in on Wednesday, bringing warmer temperatures and some breaks in the cloud cover. Highs are expected to reach the mid 60s, which is near normal for this time of year. The high will be displaced by another storm system that will first drag a warm front through the state Wednesday night and Thursday. This will bring another chance of rain to the area, mainly on Thursday.
A cold front will move through Thursday night and stall just to our south on Friday. This will allow high pressure to again briefly build in on Friday, bringing mostly sunny skies and temperatures in the mid 60s.
The cold front will begin to move northward as a warm front, bringing another round of showers on Saturday and warmer air for Sunday and into the work week.
