Temperatures will rise into the low 90s today and the humidity will continue to build. This will fuel isolated thunderstorms this afternoon. Any storm activity will diminish this evening as we lose the day time heating.
Tomorrow will be a few degrees warmer than today, with highs in the mid to upper 90s. There is a better chance of storms tomorrow afternoon and evening, some of them may become severe.
The heat continues to build on Thursday and Friday, with highs approaching 100 degrees. The heat will continue into the weekend with highs on Saturday again near 100.
Sunday looks to be a bit cooler, as temperatures fall back into the low to mid 90s.
There are signs that the heat will break as we move into next week. Highs may be under 90 degrees by Monday and Tuesday, back to normal for this time of year.
