A cold front will approach tomorrow and before it crosses the region, heat will build. Highs are expected to push into the low to mid 90s. Additionally, showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop in the afternoon and into the evening. There is a limited severe threat but any storms that develop will be capable of producing locally heavy rainfall.
The front slowly moves through Friday night and into Saturday and looks to stall out around the bay. This will keep rain chances in the forecast on Saturday. Temperatures will be much cooler on Saturday, with highs around 80 degrees.
An area of low pressure looks to develop along the stalled cold front on Sunday. This would bring more showers to the area Sunday into Sunday night. Highs will be around 80.
