Canadian high pressure brought cooler and drier air to the area yesterday. The high at the weather station here in Millersville was 75.9 with dew points in the low 50s. This morning, the temperature dipped down to 48.6 for our low for the day.
Expect more of the same today with highs in the upper 70s under mostly sunny skies.
Temperatures will begin to increase each day as we move towards the weekend, but we will remain mostly sunny through the end of the week. Highs tomorrow will push into the low 80s with low to mid 80s expected Thursday and Friday.
Clouds will begin to increase a bit on Friday, ahead of the next storm system that will affect the area over the weekend.
An area of low pressure will move to our west and drag a cold front across the area during the latter half of the weekend. The front will bring a chance of showers and thunderstorms on Sunday.
