The cold front that brought unsettled weather, heavy rain and gusty winds to the area yesterday has pushed off the coast and allowed cooler and drier air to begin to filter into the area.
Expect decreasing clouds today with highs in the low to mid 70s. Temperatures will fall into the upper 40s to around 50 tonight under clear skies.
Thursday and Friday will feature abundant sunshine with temperatures in the mid 70s.
Another cold front will approach this weekend, pushing through late Saturday into Sunday. This front will kick off isolated showers and thunderstorms as it moves through. Highs Saturday will be in the upper 70s to around 80; highs Sunday will be knocked back to the low to mid 70s behind the front.
High pressure builds back in early next week.
