The Nor’Easter spared us yesterday but brought over a foot of snow to parts of Northern New Jersey and almost 5 inches to Central Park in New York.
It continues to move northward and away from the area as high pressure moves in behind it. This will lead to clearing skies today, but will also cause winds to increase, gusting to near 30mph this afternoon.
Highs today will be in the low 50s.
A warming trend is on tap as we end the week and move into the weekend. Highs tomorrow will be in the mid 50s, followed by low 60s Saturday and mid 60s Sunday and Monday.
A strong cold front will push through on Tuesday, bringing a chance of rain and dropping temperatures back into the 50s for the latter half of the week.
Another storm system will approach for next weekend.
Yesterday’s Weather Station Stats:
High Temp: 43.9°
Low Temp: 38.3°
Rain: 0.10″
