High pressure will build into the region today, following yesterday’s cold frontal passage. As a result, expect clearing skies, building winds and high temperatures in the low 50s. Winds could gust to near 25mph this afternoon.
Expect a clear and cold night tonight with most areas falling to or below freezing for overnight lows.
Tomorrow will start out sunny but high clouds will increase through the day as another front approaches. Highs will again be in the the low 50s.
The front will pass through early Sunday but will lack any real moisture so no rainfall aside from a sprinkle is expected with the passage. Expect Sunday to start out with more clouds than sun, but an increase in sunshine is likely later in the day as the front clears. Highs will be in the low to mid 50s.
Next week starts out dry with temperatures rising to the upper 50s on Monday and low 60s on Tuesday before another front crosses, lowering temperatures once again during the latter half of the week and into next weekend.
Another system may affect the area by the end of the work week.
