High pressure will control the weather today and tomorrow before low pressure moves towards the area Thursday and Friday. High pressure will return for the weekend.
TODAY: Expect a mostly sunny, breezy day with highs in the upper 60s. Northwest winds will gust to around 20mph.
WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny skies, light winds and a few degrees warmer than today. Highs will be around 70°.
THURSDAY: Low pressure moving northward from the southeast will combine with upper level energy from the midwest to bring showers to the area. Showers are most likely during the afternoon and into the overnight. Highs will be in the mid 60s.
FRIDAY: The storm system will be pushing away from the area, taking the showers with it. Rain will taper off during the afternoon hours. Highs will be in the low 60s.
SATURDAY: High pressure begins building back in resulting in breezy conditions and a mix of clouds and sun. Highs will be in the upper 60s to around 70°.
SUNDAY: Mostly sunny and warm, with highs in the mid to upper 70s.
