A weak cold front will pass through today followed by high pressure. The high will push off of the coast by Sunday allowing hot and humid conditions to develop early next week.
TODAY: A weak cold front will pass through today with nothing more than a few high thin clouds. Highs will be in the mid 70s.
SATURDAY: High pressure overhead will lead to mostly sunny skies with highs in the low 70s.
SUNDAY: High pressure moves off of the coast resulting in southerly flow. This will increase temperatures and clouds a bit. Highs will be in the upper 70s to low 80s.
MEMORIAL DAY: Southerly flow continues causing temperatures and humidity to continue to rise. Highs will be in the upper 80s to around 90°. There is a slight chance of an afternoon or evening shower or thunderstorm.
OUTLOOK: The heat will continue to build Tuesday and Wednesday and will last into Thursday. Afternoon highs will likely eclipse the 90° mark both days. Scattered afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms are possible each day.
