A weak cold front will slide through this morning before crossing this afternoon. High pressure builds in tomorrow while a Bermuda High setup will increase temperatures and dew points Thursday and into the weekend.
TODAY: A weak cold front is touching off scattered showers across the state this morning. This activity will diminish over the next few hours and this afternoon should turn mostly sunny with highs in the mid to upper 80s.
WEDNESDAY: Expect mostly sunny skies and highs in the upper 80s.
THURSDAY: The heat and humidity builds, with highs in the low 90s. There is a slight chance of an afternoon or evening pop up shower or thunderstorm under otherwise mostly sunny skies.
FRIDAY: Expect more of the same, mostly sunny, hot and humid with a few pop up afternoon and evening showers or thunderstorms. Highs will be in the low 90s.
SATURDAY: Mostly sunny, hot and humid again, with isolated afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms. Highs will be around 90°.
SUNDAY: The heat will begin to break a bit. Afternoon highs will be in the mid to upper 80s with isolated showers and thunderstorms.
