High pressure will remain in control today before an area of low pressure to our west moves a cold front towards the area tomorrow. The cold front will cross Wednesday and stall out into the weekend.
TODAY: With high pressure in control, expect sunny skies, low humidity and light winds. Highs will be in the low 80s.
TUESDAY: Southerly flow will increase ahead of the cold front to the west, causing temperatures and moisture to increase. Expect scattered showers and thunderstorms, especially during the afternoon and evening. Highs will be in the upper 80s to near 90°.
WEDNESDAY: The front moves through during the afternoon hours, with more scattered showers and thunderstorms. Highs will be in the mid to upper 80s.
THURSDAY: A disturbance will move along the stalled out front, bringing increased rain chances during the afternoon and into the night. Highs will be in the low 80s.
FRIDAY: Isolated showers and thunderstorms will be possible, especially during the afternoon and evening. Highs will be in the mid 80s.
WEEKEND OUTLOOK: Isolated showers and thunderstorms will be possible Saturday afternoon and evening. The threat of storms is less on Sunday. Highs will be in the upper 80s to near 90° both days.
