Colder and Breezy Today; Flurries Likely Late Tomorrow

Summary: High pressure is building into our area today. A cold front will push through tomorrow, followed by high pressure for Wednesday and Thursday. A storm system will likely affect our area by the weekend.

Following yesterday’s system, high pressure is building into the region this morning. Expect mostly sunny skies, breezy conditions and highs only in the upper 30s to low 40s.

A cold front will swing through late tomorrow, accompanied with light rain and snow showers. Some areas, especially north and west, could pick up a dusting of snow tomorrow night into Wednesday morning.

Highs tomorrow will be in the low 40s and highs on Wednesday will be pushed back, only reaching the low 30s.

Temperatures will moderate Thursday and Friday, with highs on Thursday around 40 and reaching the mid to upper 40s on Friday.

Rain is looking likely late Friday night and Saturday as another storm system moves by to our northwest.

Another shot of cold air will work in behind that system but no real snow chances at this time.
