Summary: A cold front will pass through later today. High pressure briefly controls the weather tomorrow followed by low pressure on Thursday. High pressure returns for the weekend.
A cold front currently over the midwest will move through our area this afternoon and evening. Ahead of the front, temperatures will warm to around 90°, fueling scattered showers and thunderstorms. Some of the storms could become severe, especially along and south and east of I-95. Damaging winds and large hail are the main threat with these storms.

The front will clear the area tonight and high pressure will begin to build in, ending the storm threat.
High pressure will lead to mostly sunny skies and highs in the mid to upper 80s tomorrow.
Showers and thunderstorms are likely once again on Thursday as low pressure moves by to our northwest. Highs will reach the upper 80s to around 90°.
High pressure builds in on Friday, bringing cooler temperatures and sunshine for the weekend. Highs will be in the low to mid 80s Friday-Sunday.
