An area of low pressure will move through our area tonight bringing light snow along with it.
A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for: Anne Arundel, Calvert, Caroline, Cecil, Charles, Dorechester, Kent, Montgomery, Prince George’s, Queen Anne’s, St. Mary’s, Talbot and Wicomico counties where 1-2″ with isolated 3″ amounts are possible.
Further north, a coating to perhaps an inch is possible.
While this is not a major snowfall, the timing could pose challenges for the morning commute. Expect snow to develop late tonight and end from west to east during the morning hours tomorrow. Scattered snow showers are possible into tomorrow afternoon, but no additional accumulation is anticipated.
