A cold front will march through the state today, bringing scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms this afternoon. Some of the storms could produce strong gusty winds. Highs will be in the low 70s.

Skies clear tonight as high pressure moves in behind the front. Expect a mostly sunny day tomorrow with highs in the mid 60s.

The nice weather will continue Wednesday and Thursday. Both days will feature plenty of sunshine and temperatures in the upper 60s to low 70s.

Frontal Passage Sets Up Nice Weekend

A dry cold front will move through today bringing nothing but scattered clouds this afternoon as it does so. Highs today will be in the mid 60s.

Cool Canadian high pressure pushes in tonight, clearing skies and allowing temperatures to drop into the upper 20s across northern and western Maryland to the mid to upper 30s closer to the Bay.

A Freeze Watch is in effect for the northern counties.

Expect plentiful sunshine tomorrow as the high moves overhead. Highs will be in the low to mid 60s.

Sunshine into This Weekend

High pressure will build in today, bringing mostly sunny skies with high temperatures in the low 60s.

A cold front will pass through tomorrow, bringing some clouds with it, but it will be a dry frontal passage. Highs tomorrow will push into the mid 60s.

Behind the front, skies are expected to clear and the coldest night of the season thus far is on tap. Lows tomorrow night will range from the upper 20s across Northern and Western Maryland, to upper 30s in the cities.

Weak Frontal Passage Today; Nice Weather into Weekend

A weak cold front will move through the state today, bringing in high pressure for the end of the work week. Highs today will be around 70 degrees.

High pressure takes control tomorrow and bring sunshine and comfortable temperatures tomorrow into Friday when another dry cold front moves through. Highs Thursday and Friday will be in the low to mid 60s.

After the frontal passage on Friday, more sunshine and comfortable temperatures are on tap this weekend. Highs Saturday will be in the mid 60s. Highs Sunday will push into the low to mid 70s.

Cloudy Today, Cold Front Passes Tomorrow

High pressure has pushed the disturbance and rain off the coast today. In it’s wake, a cloudy but dry day is on tap. Highs today will be in the mid to upper 50s.

A weak cold front will push through tomorrow morning, bringing only a slight chance of a shower as it does. The front will clear the area during the morning hours and the afternoon should turnout mostly sunny. Highs will be in the mid to upper 60s.

High pressure builds on Thursday, resulting in a sunny day. Highs will be in the low 60s.

More Showers Today

Another area of low pressure will bring showers to the area this afternoon and into tonight as it passes by to our southeast.

Showers will develop after noon today and persist well into tonight. Highs will struggle into the low to mid 50s.

Expect partial clearing tomorrow, with an isolated shower possible during the afternoon. Otherwise it will be partly sunny with highs in the upper 50s to near 60.

Another cold front will push through on Wednesday, bringing a slight chance of a shower during the late afternoon. Highs Wednesday will be in the mid to upper 60s.

Sunny Today; Unsettled Weekend

High pressure will build into the area today and provide for a sunny day with high temperatures in the low 80s.

The high will be replaced tomorrow as an area of low pressure and a cold front move towards the area. Ahead of the front, showers will be possible late tomorrow afternoon and into Sunday morning.

Showers will likely re-develop Sunday afternoon as a piece of energy swings through the area. It will also be much colder, with highs in the low to mid 50s.

High pressure will build back in late Sunday, bringing an end to the showers by Sunday night. Lows Sunday night will drop into the low to mid 40s.

Showers Through Mid Day, Sunshine this Afternoon

A weak area of low pressure riding along a stationary front is providing light shower activity this morning. Showers will be likely, tapering off as we move into the afternoon. As high pressure builds in, expect the clouds to clear and allow for some sunshine this afternoon. It will be warm, with highs in the low to mid 80s.

High pressure between the current system and the next system will provide for a beautiful Friday. Highs will be in the low 80s under mostly sunny skies with low dew points.

Another cold front will approach on Saturday and move through late Saturday with another round of showers during the afternoon and evening. Highs Saturday will be in the mid 70s.

Partial Clearing Today; Warm End to Week

A frontal boundary remains draped across the state. Along and to the east of the boundary, temperatures are in the 70s while they are in the 60s to the west.

This front should push northward today, allowing for partial clearing. Temperatures should push into the mid 80s in areas that end up south of the front.

The entire system will clear the area tonight but as it does so, isolated showers are possible during the overnight.

Temperatures will continue to be warm tomorrow and Friday under mostly sunny skies. Highs both days will push into the mid 80s.

Showers and Thunderstorms Today

A rainy Tuesday is on tap, with rounds of showers and thunderstorms into tonight.

An area of low pressure is centered over Kentucky and moving northward. This will keep pushing moisture into the area, resulting in wide spread shower and thunderstorm activity. Highs today will be in the mid 70s.

The low pushes northward tomorrow and any clouds and leftover showers will move out as well. In it’s wake, expect a partly sunny and warm day with highs in the mid 80s.
