As low pressure continues to move away from the area, today will feature more clouds than sun, with a slight chance of a sprinkle this afternoon.

It will be breezy with highs in the mid to upper 50s.

Tomorrow will be a bit cooler, with more widely scattered showers during the afternoon. Highs will be around 50.

Friday will start a stretch of cool and dry weather that will extend through the middle of next week, the exception will be in the mountains where upslope snow showers are likely.

Highs will generally be around 40 each day.

High pressure will move off the coast today providing another mostly sunny day with high temperatures in the low 50s.

Tomorrow will feature a bit more cloudiness as a dry cold front pushes through. Highs will top out in the mid to upper 50s before the front crosses.

Behind the front, Thursday will be about 10 degrees cooler, with highs in the mid to upper 40s.

A storm system pushing northward into the midwest will spread rain into the area Thursday night and Friday. Highs Friday will be in the low 50s.

High pressure continues to control our weather today, providing mostly sunny skies with a high around 40 degrees.

The high will continue to influence the area tomorrow, providing a near carbon copy of today. Highs will be around 40.

A weak disturbance will pass by Saturday night, bringing nothing more than a snow shower to far western Maryland and clouds to the rest of the state.

Another system will move by to our northwest on Sunday, dragging a cold front through Sunday night. This front will bring another round of snow showers to far western Maryland, but no precipitation is expected east of the mountains. Highs Sunday will push into the mid 40s.

Dry Stretch with a Warming Trend

With high pressure in control of our weather, we will remain dry into the weekend and aside from a sprinkle or flurry late Saturday night or Sunday, the dry stretch will persist into next week.

Today will be mostly sunny with a high in the upper 30s.

Friday will feature another mostly sunny day with highs in the low 40s.

Temperatures will slowly increase over the weekend, with highs Saturday and Sunday in the low to mid 40s.

Chilly high pressure is building into the area today and will influence our weather into the weekend.

Today we will see decreasing clouds with a high around 40 degrees.

Tomorrow and Friday will see highs struggling into the mid to upper 30s under mostly sunny skies.

Temperatures will warm a bit on Saturday, pushing back into the low 40s for highs before another cold front approaches on Sunday.

Partly Sunny Today; More Sunshine To End The Week

High pressure continues to move in from the west. As a result, a stretch of calm and pleasant weather is expected. Today will be partly sunny with highs in the mid to upper 40s.

The high moves overhead tomorrow and as a result we will see more sunshine than today. Highs tomorrow will be in the upper 40s.

Friday will also feature sunny skies, with highs around 50.

Clouds increase on Saturday as an area of low pressure approaches from the west. Highs will be in the low to mid 50s.

Quiet Stretch into the Weekend

High pressure will continue to build into the region today and tomorrow, influencing the weather into the weekend.

We will only rise a few degrees from current temperatures today, with a high around 50 under partly sunny skies.

Tomorrow and Thursday will be mostly sunny with highs in the upper 40s.

Friday and Saturday will feature mostly sunny skies with highs around 50.

Rain chances increase late Saturday as another area of low pressure moves toward the area.

Foggy Start; Cold Front Passes Tonight

Light easterly flow has brought moisture into the area resulting in locally dense fog this morning. The fog will gradually clear as a warm front moves through the area this afternoon. Meanwhile, a cold front will continue to move towards the area from the west.

These two features will allow showers to develop this afternoon and into tonight. Highs today will push into the mid 60s ahead of the front.

The front clears the area late tonight, bringing an end to the showers.

Partly Sunny Today; Unseasonably Warm Weather Ahead

High pressure will continue to move off the coast today. As it does, a backdoor cold front will push into the area tonight allowing patchy fog to develop tonight into tomorrow morning.

Highs today will be in the mid 50s.

With the front still across the area, expect another partly sunny day tomorrow after the morning fog burns off. Highs again will be in the mid 50s with easterly wind.

The front will push northward on Sunday as southerly flow takes hold. This will allow temperatures to warm into the upper 50s to around 60.

Mostly Sunny with a Warming Trend

High pressure has moved overhead today and will continue to move eastward. This will bring sunshine and warmer temperatures into the weekend.

Today will be mostly sunny with highs in the upper 40s.

Mostly sunny skies again tomorrow as highs push into the low 50s.

Clouds will increase a bit this weekend as weak low pressure moves by to our north late Sunday. High temperatures will continue to warm, reaching the mid 50s both Saturday and Sunday. There is also a slight chance of a shower Sunday night into Monday.
