Onshore flow has pushed Atlantic moisture into the area this morning, mainly east of the Blue Ridge. Expect patchy fog and drizzle to burn off during the morning hours leading to a partly sunny afternoon. Highs today will reach the upper 70s to around 80.

Another round of fog/drizzle is expected tonight as Atlantic moisture moves back in.

Tomorrow will be similar to today, starting off with fog and drizzle but warming up into the low to mid 80s. There is a slight chance of thunderstorms during the late afternoon and evening hours.

A cold front will approach on Saturday, spreading scattered showers and thunderstorms into the region. Highs will be in the upper 70s to low 80s.

A frontal boundary to our south will push northward today. This will cause scattered showers and thunderstorms to develop across the area this afternoon. Highs will be in the upper 60s.

A disturbance will move along the front tonight, bringing another chance of showers and possibly a thunderstorm during the overnight and into tomorrow morning.

Skies should then gradually clear and afternoon highs should push well into the 70s.

Onshore flow should keep clouds in the area and may result in mist or drizzle tomorrow night into Friday morning.

A frontal boundary has stalled out to our south and will remain there through tomorrow. The proximity of the front will keep clouds in the area today, but it should remain dry with highs in the upper 60s to around 70.

A weak disturbance will move along the front tonight into tomorrow morning, bringing a slight chance of showers. Clouds will remain in the area tomorrow, with highs around 70.

The front will push northward on Wednesday, bringing another chance of showers to the area as it does. Highs on Wednesday will be in the upper 60s.

Thursday will be warmer as southerly flow develops across the region. Highs will be in the low 80s under partly sunny skies.

With a cold front off the coast and a piece of energy moving through, expect a mix of clouds and sun today. Highs will be in the upper 60s to low 70s.

Another piece of energy will pass through tomorrow, touching off isolated to scattered afternoon showers and thunderstorms. Highs will be around 70.

A third piece of energy will move through with a cold front on Sunday. This front will also have the ability to kick off a few isolated showers Sunday afternoon and evening. Highs will be around 70.

After several days of heavy rainfall, a cold front will cross the region today, bringing an end to the rain. The front is currently off to the west and should move through during the late morning or early afternoon. Until it does, an isolated shower or thunderstorm is possible.

Behind the front, expect skies to gradually clear through this evening. Highs today will be around 70.

A weak cold front will move through tomorrow but will bring nothing more than a few clouds as it does. Highs will be in the upper 60s.

Yet another cold front will pass through on Saturday with a very slight chance of an evening shower. Highs will be in the low 70s.

A large area of low pressure over the center of the country will slowly move eastward this week causing breezy conditions as well as bringing several inches of rainfall to the area.

Today will feature increasing clouds with the first round of showers moving in late this afternoon or evening. Highs will be in the low to mid 60s.

Showers will continue tonight and tomorrow, with the rainfall becoming steadier tomorrow afternoon. It will also be breezy, with highs in the low to mid 50s.

Rain will continue tomorrow night and Wednesday, heavy at times. Isolated thunderstorms are also possible Wednesday afternoon. Highs on Wednesday will be in the mid to upper 60s.

A cold front will approach tomorrow, spreading showers into the region. Showers are likely from mid-morning through the afternoon hours to the west, and from afternoon into evening further east.
