Canadian high pressure is moving into the region today, bringing with it much colder air and windy conditions. Otherwise, it will be mostly sunny with a high in the upper 40s to low 50s.

Tomorrow will be similar to today, mostly sunny, windy and cold. Highs around 50 will feel much colder with wind gusts to near 30mph.

Thursday will feature increasing clouds ahead of the next storm system to affect the area. Highs will rebound into the mid 50s with lighter winds.

Spring began at 7:02 this morning, but today will feel more winter-like. While we will see abundant sunshine, northwest winds gusting to near 20mph will keep a bite in the air. Highs will be around 50 degrees.

An upper level disturbance will push through tonight, bringing a slight chance of flurries or snow showers into tomorrow. An inch or two is possible in far western Maryland, elsewhere no accumulation is expected. Winds will continue to gust tomorrow, into the 25mph range. Highs will be in the low 40s.

Behind that system, high pressure builds back in for the end of the week and most of the weekend. Friday through Sunday will see highs in the mid to upper 40s under partly sunny skies.

Scattered flurries or snow showers will be possible this morning before skies turn partly sunny by afternoon. Highs will be in the upper 40s.

High pressure moves overhead tomorrow, allowing for sunny skies and high temperatures into the low 50s.

The high slides off the coast on Sunday as another area of low pressure spreads clouds into the area on Sunday.

Highs on Sunday will reach the mid to upper 50s.

Today will be mostly sunny and breezy with a high in the mid 40s.

Tomorrow will be much like today, with a chance of a flurry in the morning. Highs will again be in the mid 40s.

As high pressure builds in on Saturday, temperatures will begin to climb. Highs on Saturday will be in the low to mid 50s under mostly sunny skies.

The high will begin to move off the coast on Sunday which will allow a few more clouds to filter into the region.

Highs will be even warmer, pushing into the mid to upper 50s.

High pressure will build into the region today and tonight. The high will push off the coast tomorrow, setting up southerly flow that will allow temperatures to warm.

Today will be mostly sunny, with highs in the mid 40s.

We will add about 5 degrees or so to that tomorrow, as highs top out in the low 50s under mostly sunny skies.

Wednesday will be even warmer, with highs in the mid to upper 50s.

High pressure will remain in control today and tomorrow, providing another sunny day today and allowing temperatures to climb to the low to mid 50s this afternoon.

Clouds begin to increase tomorrow as an area of low pressure approaches from the west. Highs will be in the low 50s.

Rain chances increase Saturday night and Sunday. Showers are likely during the day Sunday, with highs in the low 50s.

Showers will continue Sunday night into Monday as the first storm moves off to the northeast.

Clouds will increase a bit this weekend as weak low pressure moves by to our north late Sunday. High temperatures will continue to warm, reaching the mid 50s both Saturday and Sunday. There is also a slight chance of a shower Sunday night into Monday.

The high will move off the coast tomorrow night and Friday, allowing temperatures to warm to near 50 on Friday and into the 50s Saturday.
