Today will be mostly sunny, with highs in the mid 80s.

A complex of showers and thunderstorms will move into the area tonight. Expect showers and possibly a thunderstorm tonight into tomorrow. The system should push off the coast during the afternoon hours, ending the rain. Highs will be around 80.

Behind the system, high pressure will begin to push into the area Friday. Clouds will decrease and highs will be in the upper 70s to around 80.

The high will move over the area Friday evening and Saturday. Expect mostly sunny skies and highs in the low to mid 80s.

A cold front will approach from the west today while high pressure remains off the southeast coast. Southerly flow between the systems will provide the warm and humid air needed to support thunderstorm development this afternoon. Some of the storms could become strong with strong wind gusts being the primary threat. Highs will be in the mid 80s.

The front will dissipate as it moves into the area tonight and rain chances will taper during the overnight.

Tomorrow will feature increasing clouds as another system moves in from the west. Highs will be in the mid 80s.

The system will push into the area Wednesday night, bringing another round of showers and thunderstorms. These showers and storms will continue into Thursday until the system pushes off the coast during the late afternoon or evening. Highs on Thursday will be in the low 80s.

With high pressure remaining off the southeast coast, temperatures will continue to rise and skies will remain mostly sunny today. Expect highs in the low to mid 80s.

Temperatures will be even warmer tomorrow as southerly flow sharpens ahead of a cold front. This will also increase moisture and lead to afternoon and evening thunderstorms. Highs will be in the upper 80s.

The front will pass through Tuesday night, bringing an end to the thunderstorm activity.

Wednesday will be mostly sunny, with highs in the mid to upper 80s.

A backdoor cold front has pushed in from the northeast and easterly flow off the Atlantic has brought in cool and moist air. Expect areas of fog, mist and drizzle this morning, continuing through the afternoon. Isolated heavier showers are possible this afternoon as well. Highs will only top out in the low 60s.

Areas of fog will develop tonight as the easterly flow continues.

As we head into tomorrow, high pressure will begin to build in from the northwest. This will scour out the moisture and turn the flow to a more northerly direction. As a result, expect morning clouds to break allowing some afternoon sunshine. There is a slight chance of a shower during the late afternoon, but most areas will remain dry. Highs will be in the low to mid 70s.

Yesterday’s cold front has pushed off the coast this morning and northwest flow has developed. Skies will start out mostly sunny but an upper level disturbance will move through this afternoon, causing an increase in clouds and possibly a shower as it moves through. Highs today will be in the mid 70s.

Tomorrow will be mostly sunny into the afternoon. There is a slight chance of a late afternoon shower but most areas will remain dry. Highs will be in the mid 70s.

High pressure builds in Saturday night into Sunday resulting in sunshine Sunday and Monday. Highs on Sunday will be around 80 and into the low 80s Monday.

High pressure will remain overhead today, leading to sunny skies and high temperatures in the low to mid 70s.

The high will slide off the coast tomorrow, allowing southerly flow to develop. This will increase moisture and lead to increasing clouds through the day. Highs will be in the mid 70s.

A cold front will approach tomorrow night and pass through Wednesday night. The front will bring showers and possibly thunderstorms to the region during the day Wednesday. Some of the storms could be severe with damaging winds. Highs will be in the upper 70s to low 80s.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH remains in effect for most counties west of the bay.


A cold front with copious amounts of tropical moisture is pressing through the state this morning. Ahead of and along the front, heavy rain is occurring. The front will continue to push eastward over the next few hours, ending the rainfall from west to east.

Generally, 1-4″ of rain has fallen west of the bay, leading to areas of flooding. Highs this afternoon will be in the upper 60s.

A secondary front will pass through late this evening, bringing another chance of showers as it does.

Yesterday’s cold front is well off the coast and cold high pressure is moving into the region. As a result today will be mostly sunny, breezy and colder with highs only topping out around 50 degrees.

Another cold night on tap tonight, with lows dropping into the low 30s.

Winds will shift around to the east tomorrow which will cause clouds to increase. Highs will be in the mid 50s.

Friday will be generally cloudy, with highs in the mid to upper 50s.

High pressure moving off the south east coast will provide another sunny and warm day today. Highs will be around 70.

A cold front will approach from the west tomorrow. At the same time, an area of low pressure is expected to develop along the front. These two features will spread showers into the area late tomorrow morning into tomorrow afternoon.

Rain chances will increase tomorrow evening, into tomorrow night as the area of low pressure moves through. Highs tomorrow will be in the upper 60s to around 70.

The system will clear the area early Saturday morning and skies will clear by afternoon. Highs will be in the low 70s.

High pressure will provide two very nice spring days today and tomorrow. Highs will be in the mid 60s today and upper 60s tomorrow.

A weak cold front will approach on Friday, touching off a chance of showers. An area of low pressure will likely form along the front, causing a greater chance of rain Friday evening and night. Highs on Friday will be warmer, likely into the low 70s.

The front will pass through early Saturday morning, ending the rain chances. Clouds will dissipate during the day and highs will be around 70.
